This website is operated by Ana Kovaci. By visiting and purchasing from this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Products
All paintings sold on this website are original, hand-painted works on canvas. Each piece is one of a kind. I make every effort to photograph and describe each work accurately, however colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device. The appearance of the painting in person may vary slightly from how it appears on screen.
2. Orders
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline any order at my discretion. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have been notified by email. Please review your order carefully before submitting — cancellations after confirmation may not always be possible.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in [your currency] and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All paintings are carefully packed and shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside my control. Once the painting has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer.
5. Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you wish to return the painting, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Please ensure the work is packed carefully — any damage incurred during return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed once the painting has been received and inspected. If the painting arrives damaged, no refund will be issued. To initiate a return, please contact me before shipping the painting back.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and written content on this website are the property of Ana Kovaci and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images or content from this website without prior written permission. Purchasing a painting does not transfer any reproduction rights — the copyright remains with the artist.
7. Privacy
Any personal information you provide when placing an order is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your purchase. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete your order — for example, with shipping carriers. For full details please refer to the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ana Kovaci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this website.
