Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return the painting, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Every painting is carefully packed before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Protective materials are used to secure the work during transit, and all paintings are inspected and documented before dispatch.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Please ensure the work is packed with the same care — any damage incurred during return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed once the painting has been received and inspected. If the painting arrives back in a different condition from which it was sent, as documented before dispatch, no refund will be issued.
