Shipping policy
All paintings are original works on canvas, packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each work is wrapped in protective materials and secured inside a cardboard box. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days — this time is necessary to ensure every painting is packed safely before shipment.
Once dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
Romania — 3 to 5 business days
Eastern Europe — 7 to 10 business days
Central & Western Europe — 7 to 10 business days
Northern Europe & UK — 7 to 10 business days
USA & Canada — 10 to 20 business days
Australia & New Zealand — 10 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
All paintings are shipped via tracked and insured courier. If an order arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and the painting immediately upon receipt and get in touch within 48 hours.
